Over the past three years, Recruit360 has invested in and been awarded three main accreditations : ISO 9001, ISO 14 001, Investors in People and REC membership. We are also members of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and GWE Business West.

ISO 9001 – Quality Assurance

ISO 9001 is the globally recognised standard for an organisation's internal quality management system. We achieved ISO 9001 accreditation in 2009, which demonstrates our commitment to quality procedures, on-going training and development of our own staff and continuous improvement.

ISO 14 001 – Environmental Management

In 2009, we also achieved ISO 14001 accreditation, which proves our commitment to reducing the impact the business has on the environment, through designing and implementing an effective environmental management system.

Investors in People :

Investors in People is the leading people management benchmark of business improvement. Achieving accreditation shows we take the training and development of our people seriously. This demonstrates that we look after our people, and that we are prepared to invest in their future.

REC Membership :

Recruit360 is a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), the professional body dedicated to representing the interests of the UK recruitment industry.

GWE Business West :

GWE Business West provides high quality support and leadership via the Chambers of Commerce and Initiative for businesses in the West region.
