This can include tax, legal or contract issues, in addition to more practical considerations such as accommodation and transport.

We’ve got many years’ experience of dealing with these issues and have dedicated resources within Recruit360 who are on-hand to help. Therefore, let us take care of all the paperwork and red-tape, and you can concentrate on the important bit – i.e doing your job.

Payroll :

A commitment to prompt and accurate payment of invoices underpins our whole business and this is something we take very seriously. If you are contracting through us then don't be surprised to find someone chasing you for your invoice if it's late. Don't just take our word for it though:

• Our 2010 survey of 100 Contractors revealed swift payment as the most important factor in their dealings with an agency.
• In 2010, 98% of contractor invoices were paid on time.
• The same survey revealed 100% of contractors would work for Recruit360 again.
• Furthermore, if your invoice is ever paid late then we give you £50.

Account Manager :

When you start you new assignment, a dedicated Account Manager will contact you to introduce themselves and talk you through the invoicing and payroll procedure. We'll also send you an induction pack, which explains our processes, including how to access our Contractor Portal for easy management of time sheets, invoices, expenses and more. The Account Manager will then be your point-of-contact for any payroll issues. We guarantee to respond to any queries within 3 working hours.

Lunch :

As an added benefit, we endeavour to meet each of our contractors for lunch within a month of starting their contract, which just goes to prove there is such a thing as a free lunch!
