  • Initial telephone interview to assess candidate's suitability.
  • Technical/skills assessment where appropriate.
  • Second telephone interview with Senior Consultant to confirm suitability, interest and “culture-fit”.
  • Screening checks (including identification, right-to-work, referencing).
  • Candidate submission with front sheet where appropriate.
  • Management of interview, feedback, offer process.
