Graduate / Trainee intake: 25th July 2011

Recruit360’s Training Academy was set up in 2010 with the objective of training new employees with no recruitment experience. It provides a three month intensive induction programme to introduce you to all of the elements of sales, recruitment, account management, presentation etc. We have a dedicated trainer who will guide you through the first three months and you will also receive input from senior consultants and managers. After the three months you will be assigned to a senior consultant who will mentor you for the next three months.

We have three positions available in the Academy for the next intake which is July 4th 2011.

Permanent Team – Manager: 6 June 2011

Recruit360 have an opening for a team leader for a newly created team focussing on new permanent business. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to build a team in a successful and rapidly expanding part of the business.

About you:

At least three years permanent IT recruitment experience.
Proven billing record.
Ability to generate new business.
Experience of account management and volume recruitment.
Any sector/vertical market would be considered.
Excellent client facing skills – particularly presentations / tendering.
Some mentoring/coaching experience of junior consultants.
Ability to motivate, lead and coach a team.

The Role:

The role will be reporting directly to the M.D. and will initially involve leading a team of two consultants. You will be targeted on both your individual billings in addition to the billings of the team. We would anticipate growing the team by two consultants after six months, with the objective of building a team of seven consultants within eighteen months.
