Training Academy

The Training Academy at Recruit 360 looks after all the learning and development needs of our staff. Using a tried and tested combination of training methods to best suit individual needs we strive to offer the best opportunities for our staff to develop themselves throughout their career with us.

Our in-house induction training programme has been specially created for us by our Training Manager who has a background in developing successful induction packages for telephony based companies. The three month programme uses a blend of classroom training, coaching and ‘on the job’ practice with the support of a dedicated mentor to ensure new members of our team are given the best opportunity to grow.

We believe that our staff should always be learning and looking to improve so for our more experienced people we offer regular coaching sessions, monthly reviews, soft skills training and access to external training courses and accreditations. With the Training Academy the sky really is the limit.
