Training :Our commitment to staff training and development is reflected in our Investors-in-People award, gained in recognition of the emphasis we place on training – both induction training to new employees and on-going training to experienced staff. Furthermore, we employ a full-time trainer who is responsible for delivering a comprehensive 3-month induction training programme for all new recruits. In tandem with the induction training, you will also be mentored by a senior consultant/manager during your first six months with the company. This means that help is always at hand. Sector Specialism :All Recruit360 consultants specialise in a particular technical market which allows you to become a real expert in your field. During your first 3 months you will be tasked with spending some time in the field and observing what the candidates actually do which enables you to get a better understanding of the technologies. Rewards :Recruit360 is a dynamic and independent company with no shareholders or investors to share profits with, which in turn allows us to invest the majority of our profit back into the staff and the company. Incentives :As a company we think it’s important to maintain a healthy balance between working hard and having fun. This is why we organise monthly and quarterly incentives and activities. Quarterly Activities are for the whole company and involves an afternoon “jolly” once a quarter during working hours. Recent activities have included – rock-climbing, golf, canoeing, abseiling, go-karting ,bowling and an evening at the darts. This is normally followed by some food and a couple of drinks to discuss the day’s events. Incentives Top Achievers within the company are rewarded with regular monthly, quarterly and annual incentives. These include a regular lunch-club held on the last Friday of every month, and also – trips to Barcelona, Dublin, a box at the Cheltenham Festival, helicopter ride over London and champagne tasting. |
